Light acidity and a nicely balanced mild sweetness. 2018 Noble Estate Pinot Gris There's a reason the South Willamette is mad for pinot gris! A sweet boquet of ripe peach, light florality and a balanced acidity make this wine an exceptional choice for enjoying al fresco. 2018 Noble Estate Chardonnay A very well crafted new world Chardonnay that embraces it's wood balance. Light acidity and a wonderful boquet that evokes baking spices. 2014 Noble EstateVineyard Select Pinot Noir A remarkable Oregon Pinot Noir that flexes it's dark cherry flavors, and nod to old world funk, but has a bigger wine feel to flex it's masculinity. This wine is going to shine against our Cherrywood smokes chicken and summer succotash. 2018 Noble Estate Muscat Lightly sparkling, perfectly semi-sweet with elements of a freshly baked apricot tartlette on the bouquet and palate.
