Happy 4th of July from all of us at Pho Quynh!  Our owners Quang and Quynh (the restaurant’s namesake) are so thankful for our community’s support and the opportunities they’ve been given.  They came as refugees from the Vietnam War, each having known hardships that most of us will never have to experience.  Through hard work, determination and sacrifice, the two of them set out to achieve a slice of the quintessential American Dream of a better future for their family.  Today, they stand in front of their business not just as refugees and immigrants, but proud business and property owners in the land of opportunity.  —  We are open today for our regular hours for carry-out only, orders can be made at PhoQuynhSF.com  Our dining room will reopen as soon as we can as repair work still need to be finished.
