🌍 COVID-19. Hello! In light of the recent events surrounding COVID-19, I would like to offer anybody that is elderly, or has health conditions, or difficulty with mobility; my services. I am still offering my Osteopathic services, and continuing to practice high standards of hygiene from my room at Grange Mews. I have changed my practices in light of recent events, including using only disposable sheets between patients, continually sanitizing my room and offering sanitizer to everyone. I am offering home visits, skype consultations and email exercise plans if needed. If the Government changes their plans, then I will do so accordingly, and let you know immediately. Practicing good hand washing techniques, immediately disposing of used tissues, and washing and sanitizing your hands for a minimum of 20 seconds once you return home, if you have been out in the community. Although the majority of individuals will only display mild symptoms, if you have a new continuous cough, or high temperature (37.8 degrees or above) please stay home for 7 days.
