Job Description / 职位描述： - 领导销售人员完成销售目标。 - Lead the Sales to achieve sales target - 建立牢固的客户关系。 - Build strong customer relationship. - 执行市场营销策略和活动，寻找潜在客户和潜在客户 转化为销售额。 - Execute marketing strategic and campaign to find lead and convert into sales. - 研究、识别和开发新业务/市场机会。 - Research, identify and develop new business/market opportunities. - 制定销售联络计划并实施适当的市场营销确保新业务的策略。 - Develop sales contact plan and implement appropriate marketing strategies to secure new businesses. - 与公司的管理和技术团队紧密合作执行营销策略。 - Work closely with management and technical team in the executing the marketing strategy. Job Requirement / 工作要求： - 有进取心，注重结果，愿意接受挑战。 - Driven, result oriented and and willing to accept challenges. - Non-Experienced and willing to learn - 无经验，愿意学习 - 商业开发/市场营销专业学位。 - Degree in Business Development/ Marketing field. - 3 - 5 年以上广告销售和市场相关工作经验。 - Minimum 3 to 5 years relevant experience in Sales & Marketing. - 优秀的沟通技巧。(英，华，巫) - Excellent communication skills.
