We are committed to take great measures to ensure we provide you a very safe, yet delightful ride in accordance to the COVID-19 guidelines. Each and every DCLCS vehicle is currently being treated with hospital grade disinfectant which sanitizes, sterilizes, and eliminates over 99.9% of germs, bacteria, and viruses found on everyday surfaces. This treatment is performed every end of shift when the vehicles return to the lot. Additionally, to ensure all surfaces are sanitary, Clorox® Disinfecting Wipes along with Lysol® Disinfectant Spray are used on all vehicles preparatory to trips. Our vehicles are cleaned daily and we try to minimize the use of the same vehicle for multiple clients the same day. Other preventive measures such as frequent hand-washing, the use of personal protective wear such as masks and gloves while on duty, and daily temperature checks given to chauffeurs prior to each shift will ensure our clients remain healthy, safe, and well taken care of. Currently, we use a touch-less payment method. Reservations are placed by phone, web, or via mobile app. Cash payment or tip is not required.
