The photo above shows the breezeway handle types that have been available from around 1999. If your louvres have one of these handles, then your louvres are genuine Breezway Altair. Handles as pictured above left to right are: 1. Altair Handle (long linkage) This long linkage handle is no longer used in current Breezway model. If your current handle is long linkage & has broken, we have to replace with "special order" long linkage handle. 2. Altair Handle (short linkage) This is the current model standard Breezeway handle in use 3. A13 Control rod handle (Steel). This handle is no longer available. If handle needs to be replaced we will use Breezway P13 4. P13 Control rod handle (Plastic) This is the current control rod handle. You would specify this handle if you need to access with control rod in high hard to reach areas. 5.Low Profile handle (Steel) This handle is alternative to standard Altair handle & is colour matched to gallery colour. Looking at your louvre from inside to outside these handles are mostly on the left hand side however as a non-standard they can also be specified on right hand side. These handles can open & shut up to a maximum of 9 blades in total, however you can specify as many as you like. The minimum amount of blades per handle is two. You can also specify which position your handle is in however it must be somewhere between the blades you are working. Need a handle replacement call us to discuss.
