Dynamic Bodhi will offer three types of yoga to help the Winslow family fundraiser for their international adoption—growing their family from four to six! At 1:15 we will start with an hour long mat/floor yoga session suitable for all levels—$20 donation, please. Next, at 2:30 we will have an hour of yin/restorative yoga in low hammocks—limited to four people for a donation of $25. At 3:45 we will host an aerial yoga session in high hammocks for $30–also limited to four participants. Mats are available for free and parking is free as well. Please avoid clothing with zippers and buttons, and do not eat one hour prior to the aerial class. RSVP on Schedulicity—all monies will go to the Winslow Family.
