Making a mistake in the selection of  your tile roof cleaning company can be hazardous to  your roof ! The level of incompetence in outfits advertising tile roof cleaning in the Tampa Florida area is shocking. I guess it shouldn't be shocking since this is the Internet. These outfits steal before and after roof cleaning pictures and text to make impressive websites to deceive you into thinking they are the experts. Then they  pay some SEO expert to get them to the top of any Google Roof Cleaning Search.  ! Remember, all tile roof cleaning in Tampa is NOT the same, and as always, you get what you pay for.   We were working in the neighborhood when I took this picture. This tile roof was located in a very affluent Tampa Community. I asked the owners of this once beautiful home WHY they hired this untrained,uninsured and unlicensed person, and their answer was "Because he knocked on our door" .  The lady saw my uniform, and saw I was from Apple Roof Cleaning. She said" You guys do great work, but you are expensive. "  She said she did get a price from us, but the guy who knocked on her door "saved me 200.00".  I reminded her that she is now looking at an 8 to 12 thousand dollar re glaze of her roof tiles, so in effect, she didn't save anything. She found out the roof cleaner she hired had no insurance at all, so she did call the Police. The Police told her it was a civil matter, even though the guy lied to her, and told her he carried liability insurance to get the job.
