It’s now our off season until Mid August but we will have occasional supply of the smaller deer species through the spring summer months. (Please email to be added to our waiting list!) During our main trading season (Aug-March) we can produce any cuts and quantities you may require normally on a two week turnaround from order. See you all in the Autumn!
