Baldwin REALTORS® Multiple Listing Service (MLS) reports a year-over-year increase of 78.9% in total sales revenue from September 2020 and an increase of 69% in new listings. Average Days on Market (DOM) also continue to be at record lows with just 23 DOM for the Traditional Residential area of Baldwin County and 25 DOM for the Resort/Island-based area.
