Our team have volunteered at vaccination centres, marshalling the people coming for vaccines and one is even giving the vaccines. They have given blood. We have run free workshops to help businesses look at new ways to generate revenue during the lockdown. We have helped 100 people in the gig economy take steps to launch their own businesses in conjunction with Uber and Enterprise Nation. Our team members provide mentorship to help young people on their way up. And we’ve just been invited by City Hall to partner with an initiative to help grassroots organisations tackle extremism, hate and intolerance. As a company, we believe in leading with value and that means giving without expecting anything in return, and it's something we encourage our team to do outside of work.
