The meeting will be held virtually and email invites will be sent to all resident email addresses on file prior to the meeting. It is vital that all HOA Homeowners attend the Annual Meeting as several important topics will be addressed, including: (1) the election of two Board Members to replace Mark Skanes (current President) and Eric Farbent (current Treasurer); (2) amendments to the HOA Board Budget; and (3) a potential increase to the HOA annual dues.
