We’re planning to open for amazing guided mountain tours starting on April 2, depending on State recommendations. Book your future adventure through our webpage. We’ll be available by phone and email in the meantime. When we do open, we’ll follow these standards: • Customers will be able to watch a safety video, complete rental agreement and payment on your own device prior to arriving. • Trail rides will start at our private outdoor trailhead located near Westcreek, Colorado. Our Woodland Park store location will remain closed until the State tells its healthy to be indoors. • All our equipment and restroom will be sanitized between uses. Sanitizing wipes and sprays will be available for customers to use. • For social distancing, you’ll drive a side-by-side vehicle with your group and follow a guide driving another vehicle • Cancellation fees will be waived 24 or more hours before your trail ride in case of last minute changes due to your health or State requirements. • There will be no cancellation fees if we need to cancel your reservation for the same reasons.
