The herbal teas that have worked wonders for bringing in stress free relationships: ● Brahmi Tea: Take 1½ cups of water and boil it. Then, add a few stalks of Brahmi leaves to the water and boil it for 10 minutes till it is reduced to one cup. Next, strain the tea and add honey to taste. If you do not have Brahmi leaves, you can also use Brahmi powder to make Brahmi tea. ● Ashwagandha Tea: It is the best herbal tea for stress relief. I make it by boiling 1½ cups of water and then adding one teaspoon of Ashwagandha root powder. After 10 minutes, when the water has reduced to 1 cup, I strain the tea and add lemon juice or honey to taste.
