Are your knives and scissors ready for the holidays? Bonneville Sharpening can help. Sharp knives and scissors are safer and a more pleasant experience. Safer since the blade is predictable and doesn't slip. Healthier in that a sharp knife gently slices instead of tearing the food. And, the experience of a properly sharpened knife makes food prep and cooking much more enjoyable. Kitchen knives are $1 per blade inch, a $5 minimum per knife, to clean and sharpen. Additional $5 fee to repair larger chips and broken tips, if needed. Scissors are $10 each to disassemble when possible, clean, sharpen, and lubricate the pivot.
