ARPD WINTER 2022 session starts on January 13th, adult and youth classes. Muso Jikiden Eishin Ryu Iaido / 無雙直傳英信流居合道 Classical Japanese martial art of drawing and using the samurai sword with unbroken line of transmission from the late 16th century. The purpose of Iaido practice is to develop awareness, calm mind, and mental and physical harmony. Another common way to describe Iaido is as meditation in motion. We welcome anyone, with and without any martial arts experience!
