"...those reviews were probably written by your friends or family..." The other day I got a call from a person about a Reverse Mortgage. We talked for a few moments then I asked, "How did you find me?" "I found you online. I read your reviews, those were probably written by your friends or family..." "No, those are real. No need to fake it if you have the real thing." Then I added, "When I started in this business my title guy said something that really stuck with me, 'I've closed more than 2500 Reverse Mortgages and I've never had a person walk away mad.'" I haven't closed that many Reverse loans but, I've never had a borrower who walked away unhappy, or who was unsatisfied when we refinanced their Reverse Mortgage a year or two later. The only way to find out if a Reverse Mortgage would be a happy thing for you is to talk it through with me, or with another "well-reviewed" Reverse Mortgage professional. Thanks, Mark
