Today is a very exciting day, 23/05/2005 Genesis Locksmiths was launched on the New Zealand companies register. 16 years later Genesis has grown up, as we have just purchased Smiths locksmiths Ltd from my Parents. Dad was the fifth generation in the family business and I am the sixth. I worked for dad from 1988 until 2001 & I’m very proud to return to tuck Genesis Locksmiths under the wing of Smiths Locksmiths moving forward, and growing the business with our shop at 117 Ponsonby Rd and our mobile service run from the same. This really completes the picture for me living and working in Ponsonby we have such a great community.
