CLASSES WILL COMMENCE
WEEKEND CLASSES: OCTOBER 22ND, SATURDAY, 2022 (9.30 AM TO 1.00 PM)
WEEKDAY CLASSES: OCTOBER 21ST, FRIDAY, 2022 (9.30AM TO 1.00 PM)
These are parallel classes. Therefore, please select one date, as you’re convenient.
COURSE DURATION: 4 months, once a week class
CONDUCTING MEDIA: Simple English & Sinhalese Languages

Introduction to Ingredients and Instruments used in Cake Baking and Decorating
Cake mixing & Baking with baking Science
Preparation all types of Icing
Practicing piping techniques including Border Decoration and Sugar Flowers (From Wilton and Russian Nozzles)
Gum Paste Decoration with Molded Sugar Flowers, fruits & ornaments.
Birthday Cakes (Butter Icing & Fondant Icing)
Cup Cakes Baking & Decoration
Practical Time: Unlimited without any practical charges
Different Cake Mixing decorates with different icing.
