We are back!! However things will be a little different... Thank you to all our wonderful customers who have been patient while our family was in isolation. We have now been given the all clear and can return to work! Our store will be open for click and collect and water testing from 10am to 12pm Monday to Friday. If those times don't suit you for a water test, you can simply leave your water sample in the bucket we have provided at the front of our store anytime before 12pm Monday to Friday. We will then contact you later that day with the results and arrange click and collect or delivery of necessary products. Please ensure you label your water bottle with your name and contact number using the texta provided. We are also offering on-site water testing by Jarrod. You can book Jarrod in and for just $10 he will come to your pool or spa to perform a water test. He will then email you the results and if you are home you can purchase any product direct from him. This service is available for anyone within 15kms of our store. Please call the store to book Jarrod in for this service. Jarrod is able to resume his service work and any onsite work so please don't hesitate to contact him direct or call the store to book him in. We are still available for your phone calls and emails between the hours of 10am and 5pm Monday to Friday for any other inquiries, bookings, quotes, pricing, pool and spa advice.
