It might cost a little more in the beginning but at least that’s all it will cost…After this beautiful luxurious home, in one the most expensive area’s in the country, began to fade and peel after one year due to the last painters doing an insufficient job (The house was not trenched before pressure cleaning and all of the chalk and efflorescence was not removed, windows weren’t caulked, the shutters and doors weren’t properly scraped and sanded, etc) we were called out last summer to fix it and make sure it was done properly this time. Now this beachside home will stay looking beautiful for years to come, although coming at an extreme cost of extra money and, even worse, a lot more time and aggravation that this home owner unfortunately had to deal with .
