HOW WILL WE PROTECT YOU? As we enter this next phase we have updated our protocols: ▪️ Customers can order in store but we still advise & prefer customers to preorder and prepay online or by phone ▪️Please observe the floor markings when queuing to order. If all floor markings are occupied please wait outside until the next floor marking inside becomes vacant. ▪️ Customers who order in store will be asked to wait in their car & we will ring you to collect your order from collection point 1 or 2 when ready. ▪️ Customers who preorder will collect their order from the main counter. If the order is not ready for any reason, the customer will be asked to wait in their car or in one of three designated waiting zones in store & then called to a collection point. ▪️We can only safely facilitate 3 waiting zones so if these zones are occupied customers will have to wait outside. We will do our best to keep things moving as fast as possible. We ask that where possible please have only one person collect an order. Do not sit in a waiting zone unless directed to do so. ▪️This is very new to all of us so please bear with us. This will no doubt come with its challenges.
