Louis Kelly has been a home inspector since May 2002. He has performed over 1500 home inspections throughout Middle Georgia and the Atlanta Area covering homes from new construction to 200 years old. He is certified with the National Institute of Building Inspectors (NIBI), which offers tech support and mandatory annual re-certification.
