Gypsum Creek Outfitters will offer a variety of hunts from our ranch which is located south of Eagle/Gypsum, Colorado in the White River National Forest. Hunts are guided from our main camp or you can operate out of our unguided outpost drop camp.

Our main camp is very comfortable. Each hunter has their own bunk bed in a 18 x 32 sleep tent with the other hunters. The sleep tent is equipped with good lighting, warm stoves and carpet flooring. the cook tent is 20 x 60 and is used for eating, playing cards and telling stories. It is also equipped with worm stoves and carpeting. Breakfast and dinner are served here and you can pick up your box lunch each morning or you can come back for lunch. Our outpost drop camps include tents, cots, stoves, lanterns and all cooking utensils.

Our hunts include rifle, muzzleloader and archery. Each guided hunt is approximately 2 hunters per 1 guide. The day begins with breakfast and a ride in a 4X4 or on an ATV into the forest or hunting right around the camp. Some hunters will choose to stand hunt while others prefer to stalk. Guides will also put on game drives, either way they will always be close by to skin, cape and pack your animal back to camp for you.

Hunts are as follows:

Archery August 27-31
                September 3-7
