Anyone been to the Christian Catfish Hole this year? Looking for a good place to take my dad to catch (and release) some larger then average cats.

I live near there. I have been only once. Wasn't impressed.

I have been and I also was pretty under-whelmed. I saw a kid catch a 30lb blue cat, but the pond is about a 1/4 acre mud puddle and crowded. If you take the fish out of the net you pay for it.
Christain's isn't for me, but you do have a good chance of catching a monster. Unfortunately the fish has been living in a disgusting mud puddle with no food and caught 20 times since it was put in. Probably not going to give you the fight your looking for.
