Anything New with "Sue's"? (Elko, NV)

I'll be heading to Elko very soon for some much-needed stress relief at some of my favorite small brothels in the state!

While the majority of my time (and money) will be spent at my favorite twin brothels in Elko (Louis and company will ALWAYS have my business), I had also considered checking out the "Desert Rose" for the first time during this trip and maybe trying my luck again at "Sue's Fantasy Club" on one of my party nights. I've only been to Sue's once and I partied with Yami (amazing woman). But was turned off by the hard sell model... however, I heard since reopening, they have much more girls than before in a variety of ages! I wonder if they've relaxed their sales practices a bit since then?

I haven't heard much about Sue's in a few months. A lot of people on this board voiced their opinions on the price hike since reopening. Has the price changed at all since then? Has anybody been, lately? Does Mickie and Coco still work there? How many girls do they have working there at any given night? Any information would be much appreciated!

And happy early Thanksgiving to all you fine folk on SIN! ;D

Sue's really the only place I would go to. I've been there twice and I will go there again when time allows.

My last visit was in June 5. Mickie and (another girl, 25) was in there. I do remember the madam saying she will have 3 more girls coming within a couple months. You can email her to find out.
She'll probably say something like, "We have plenty of girls here, please visit to see for yourself." or something along those lines though.

I plan on stopping there again the next time I go to Nevada. I like the fixed pricing of that place!

I was in Elko last month. Sue's had the same high post shutdown rate that has been reported, non negotiable so I walked next door. Lucky for me Jessy was working at Monas and took excellent care of me. Later the same night I stopped by the Desert Rose for the first time. I was glad I did after a date with Autumn. You can't beat Elko, I can't wait to go back!

When you walked from Sues did they seem upset or just shrug it off?

Given the high pressure tactics that house is known for I’m surprised they wouldn’t try to stop you by sweetening the deal somehow.

What would you say about the vibe of Desert Rose? I’ve heard that it’s more of a neighborhood bar with a brothel license, supposedly a huge chunk of their revenue comes from the front of the house, it’s not expected that everyone who walks through that door will party. The other houses are brothels with a liquor license, if you go there it’s to party. I would have checked out Desert Rose but all of my parties were before 4:00.

The Desert Rose is pretty chill overall, it's small and seems packed if there's more than a half dozen guys in there.  It's kind of like going to a dive strip club during the day, ladies will filter out even if you don't want a lineup, some may get on stage if it gets "busy".  The prices on drinks and lady drinks are pretty reasonable and conducive to hanging out.

Thanks for the info on the "other" elko houses.  I see so little posts about them, I just wonder how monger friendly they are.  It would be hard to beat Monas and Inezs, but a little variety is always a good thing.

Yes I’ve said that before. The presence of Sues and Desert Rose make it a lot more likely for me to visit Inezs and Monas. The choices are nice, even if you don’t utilize them, which I didn’t in my last trip. Donnas has acknowledged this with its neighbor Bella’s. A lot of people here hate Hof and everything to do with him, the only thing about him he ever did that pissed me off was buying Kit Kat and Sagebrush. When I got into this hobby 8 years ago he ran 2 houses in Moundhouse (Bunny and Love), today his successors run the same number despite him buying 2 more houses. If Sage (or Bunny) were located in Elko I’d be much more likely to visit them. Same thing if Louis were to expand into Moundhouse, I’d go for his place and might check out Sage while I’m there. All I can say is I am so glad he never got his hands on the Mustang.

Wish Lyon county would tell them “open them up or give them up” on the Kit Kat/Love Ranch house licenses.

The 1st girl asked how much time I wanted to buy, when she said the prices were not negotiable I tried to walk out. The lady running the place, I assume Sue, stopped me and called out a younger girl. I asked about the monger rate, she said no, I walked with no drama.

I would agree that the Desert Rose puts off a chile vibe. So dose Inze's and Monas it just depends who is in there. That particular night there happened to be a handful of people hanging out so it was fun to BS and have a few drinks in-between parties. Nice to have a few choices all within a short walk!

I think we should organize a mass protest of that place. Maybe if enough people walk they’d be a little more open to negotiating.
