Our clients range from providing us with monthly bank statements for posting and review, to full access to records and accounts to issue invoices, pay bills and keep the financial side of the business in excellent order.

We bill on an hourly basis for time spent with “fingers on keyboard”. We do not charge for discussion of issues. Our philosophy is to give you a safe haven to ask questions, gather input and better focus your vision. In other words, we give away some of our most valuable and cherished services…and always will.
About Us
We are both accounting professionals with extensive experience in firms of different industries and different sizes, from very small to Fortune 50. We both held CPA certification but did not – and still do not – perform audit or income tax functions. We work with your CPA, whomever you choose to use.
Instead, we both fell in love with independent business, and have continually owned and managed our own companies for over 25 years, including Sun Mountain Services.
In short, we walk the same path as you, and uniquely understand the challenges of succeeding as an independent. In particular, we understand how precious time can be, and take pride in relieving you of administrative burdens so you can focus on your customers, your markets, your family…and yourself.
Sun Mountain Services was originally established to assist our closest friends. It’s not always easy getting started, setting up and dealing with the stream of issues involved. We were there to help. As our business grew, we fell in love with business all over again. Along the way, we’ve found that many of our clients have become our closest friends. Give us a call.
