Note: We are not responsible for damages due to shipping. Shipping charge is non-refundable. All exchanges (and returns if applicable) must:

 

  • Be accompanied by the receipts.
  • Be within 10 days of the day shipped, or if shipping takes longer than 30 days - 10 days from when you received your purchases.
  • Be of original condition (unused, clean and undamaged, with no sign of wear), and with original product packaging (zipper bags, accessories, etc.) if any.
  • Have all labels and tags attached.

NOTE EXCEPTIONS:

 

PERSONALIZED ITEMS: No return or exchange unless there is an error in the personalization from what you requested. For this, I will reimburse shipping.

 

CUSTOM ORDERS: No return or exchange based on material chosen.  Color and scale of the material pictured may vary slightly on monitors from the actual material.  I use the store's swatch pictures. If you are uncertain about the color or texture of the fabric, please contact me and I will send a swatch of material.  My swatches cost $4.00 each. On custom orders, I must order material and then send the swatch.

Created By Steph's Mom LLC offers a unique line of handmade accessories and clothing for all occasions. We have a wide variety of options and we will definitely be able to meet your needs.  

Anything you see in my Gallery of Creations can be designed for you.  If you have an idea, I'll make it for you.  You choose the color and material.  All items are hand sewn one at a time.  All items are one of a kind.

  • Custom Fit Couture Dresses require in person fittings at 44 Skyview Drive, Lenhartsville, PA 19534. Contact Susie at Created By Steph's Mom to discuss your order and schedule an appointment. Pricing and completion time are determined on design details, pattern development and fitting issues, fabrics and trims, and anticipated sewing time.
  • Alterations require in person fittings at 44 Skyview Drive, Lenhartsville, PA 19534 (3 miles outside of Kutztown, PA). Contact Susie at Created By Steph's Mom to discuss your alteration and schedule an appointment. Pricing and completion time are determined fitting issues and anticipated sewing time.
  • Custom Designed Items are non fitted items designed by you and me. Contact Susie at Created By Steph's Mom to discuss your order. Pricing and completion time are determined on design details, pattern development and fabrics and trims, and anticipated sewing time. 
  • Custom Embroidery are all made to order and shipping time is determined based on the complexity and quantity of the order.  We ship by USPS; Shipping will be charged to you when item is shipped.  All orders go through Created By Steph's Mom, LLC
