The open display kitchen behind glass walls at Caraway is known for it's unique and authentic regional Indian cuisine. It serves traditional style dishes with modern presentation utilising only the freshest ingredients, with an emphasis on home style cooking flavours and presentation. Thee food carries the distinct smokey flavour of tandoors in the gullies of old Delhi and tangy curries are reminiscent of the gentle breeze, wafting across the Yamuna in evenings and carrying with it the aroma of home cooked food, be it the Lamb Seekh Kebab, or spicy Mirchi Murgh or the distinctly aromatic Goan fish curry to surprise your palate.

Menus for the parties
The party menu is tailor made, based on the guest's requests, which will suit all tastes. Price range is reasonable. We are also happy to discuss any requests such as modifying the menu to satisfy a non spicy diet.
OUTSIDE CATERING
With our unique range of food and price levels ranging from the top price level to budget price level, we are able to cater fro a very wide variety of special events and budgets outside the restaurant.
We can cater for example an intimate gourmet dinner in your home, or a large wedding function, or anything in between. We will tailor our services to your requirements and your budget. We have catered for some of the most exclusive and fashionable events.
We are able to provide waiters, table decorations, necessary equipments and can also arrange a venue so as to give you a complete service.
