Tracey Rancifer was born in West Little Rock, Arkansas. She attended Rhodes College and graduated with her B.A in Political Science in 1992. She went on to the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and pursued a Masters degree in Public Affairs and Administration.

Tracey Rancifer first role in the real estate industry was working within her family business. She learned about land development, real estate development and property valuations from this experience. Working in an apprentice role and learning the ropes of the real estate and land development business, the lessons Tracey learned in the family business would prove to be instrumental in starting her own company.

Tracey Rancifer is currently the principal broker at Ausum Realty Inc, a real estate brokerage firm in Little Rock, Arkansas. Her specializations include: real estate brokerage, residential listings and sales, corporate relocation, land development and property valuations. Her extensive experience, life-long knowledge of the Little Rock area and results driven approach to finding the right properties for clients has awarded her the voted real estate agent finalist in the Arkansas Democrat’s Gazette’s “Best of the Best” Real Estate Agent Division.

Tracey Rancifer believes in providing her clients with the “Tracey Difference”. She does this by utilizing her knowledge of the Little Rock, Arkansas area, coupling it with her strong negotiation and consultative skills to provide her clients with the best buying and selling opportunities.

Tracey also graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and is now a designated Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (INHC). She believes that living a healthy lifestyle will result in overall happiness. Tracey originally got into the field by observing what a poor diet could do to the ones around her. She noticed friends and family who made poor diet choices also seemed to be less healthy.

Tracey Rancifer uses the knowledge she gained from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition to help people make lifestyle changes that in order to improve their overall health and wellness. She uses a combination of diet and exercise to help her clients succeed in their fitness goals. Tracey believes that a healthy diet consists of fruits, vegetables, lean meats, nuts, seeds, and healthy fats like coconut oil or avocado oil. She is a believer that any exercise is good exercise, and she will often give her clients a few different options to see what they will enjoy the most.
