You can opt for local pickup in the United States (address: 3690 Jurupa St, DOCK 1-7 ,Ontario, CA 91761). Just select the local pickup option when making the payment. After the purchase, our staff will contact you with the necessary documents for you to pick up your order locally.
We provide a 1-year warranty service. For non-human-caused vehicle issues, there are two solutions. The first is to contact Aipas staff to have replacement parts shipped to you. The second is to have the vehicle repaired at a local repair shop and provide proof of payment, after which Aipas will reimburse the cost.
Your order will be delivered to your provided address within 3-5 days. For the security of your vehicle purchase, a signature will be required upon delivery. We use major shipping carriers such as FedEx Ground, UPS, and DHL for our deliveries.

The C2 features a 1100W outer rotor BLDC motor from the BAFANG sub-brand. The motor is equipped with a 5-level pedal assist system (PAS). At level 1 PAS, the controller can deliver a torque of up to 90 Nm, while at level 5 PAS, the speed can reach 28MPH or higher. The motor utilizes a sinusoidal wave structure and can rotate at a speed of 2239 revolutions per minute within one minute. The BLDC motor boasts low interference, low noise, smooth operation, high speed, high temperature resistance, and a longer lifespan (over 100,000 hours), ensuring stability and reliability in various complex environments and prolonged riding sessions.
Equipped with Samsung 48V 12Ah battery
The C2 electric bike, powered by Samsung 21700 battery cells, offers several advantages in terms of battery performance. Compared to traditional 18650 cells, 21700 cells typically have higher capacity, allowing them to store more energy. Additionally, the energy density is increased by 6% compared to 18650 batteries, meaning that in the same volume, 21700 batteries can provide longer range or higher power output. Moreover, the C2 electric bike features a quick-detach battery structure, making it easier to replace and maintain, providing users with a more convenient experience. Furthermore, the battery of this electric bike achieves an IPX6 rating, demonstrating excellent waterproof performance, ensuring reliable operation in various complex environments.

What are the advantages of 2.0 inch skinny tires?
Skinny tires are more efficient and easier to maneuver during daily commuting. They are much lighter and therefore offer less traction when riding on hard surfaces. This allows you to travel longer distances using less energy.
What's the difference between M2 and C2?
Aipas C2 is designed for amateur mountain bike riders, the differences are tires, motor and color
Does my height suit the C2?
The recommended rider height is 5'1" - 6'5".
What is frame made of?
Our C2 commuter ebike's frame is made of High-Step Aluminium alloy. The aluminum alloy frame is lighter in weight, has excellent corrosion resistance, is high in strength, and can withstand greater loads.

One of the best purchases I’ve ever made. Super fun to ride. My only complaint is that the stock seat isn’t all that comfortable. Got a super wide from Amazon tho for $40.
Aipas® Ebike C2 Urban Commute
I got this bike to get to and from work. It's about 5 miles away and only takes me 10 min to get there. The only problem I have is I wish the battery lasted a little longer after the 10 mile trip its already time for a charge. Battery does last much longer on low gears using pedal assist.
My wife and I love it. 62 miles, top speed 28.8, tire pressure at 55# is super sporty for advanced swerving. I use cruise at 8mph or 26mph. It's a nice bike with top line Shimano and Kendra parts, heavy metal or high grade plastics, nice chrome, light weight aluminum wheels that are powder coated black. One contra'side to my mostly pro notes is the underside electrical wiring at the base of the pedals...should be more protected than the electrical wiring on the handlebars. Or, as much protected as the wiring on the bars....I like the heavy plastic parts. Bknight
