I’ve used Alpha One twice now for water-related damage to my home. Both times, they responded quickly and sent teams to mitigate the damage quickly and professionally.Jason in particular was incredibly helpful in providing documentation for insurance purposes and worked along with us to get them to respond (they didn’t, Allstate’s the worst, but Alpha One was with us all the way and bent over backwards to help us).Definitely recommend for emergencies, I’d use them again!

I used Alpha One in June of 2023 and I can not get them to return my calls or emails and they will not communicate with my insurance company regarding my claim for the flood damage. If you are going to be filing an insurance claim for your damage you should absolutely use a different company.

Last night at 4am I woke up to a foot of water in my bedroom! Soon to find out my toilet was overflowing and constantly running. I panicked and called Alpha One Restore who told me immediately to turn the valve off in the back of the toilet. They arrived shortly after with a crew to extract everything and started putting equipment to dry out the water damage. Jay who came roughly around 7am brought my wife and I coffee and gave us the scope of work. We appreciate Jay and his crew greatly and will be referring this company to our friends and family. Jay is a very easy to deal with. He always kept me posted about the progress of the job, responded quickly to my phone calls and texts. His workers were all polite and tolerant of our energetic puppy. They also did very neat work. I originally thought my house was going to be a disaster for weeks after my ceiling collapsed due to a water leak, but Alpha One Restore had it dried out in a few days and repaired the drywall and floors shortly after. If you like having to stay on top of a contractor every step of the process then Alpha One might work out for you. We had wood floor repairs due to a water leak and had Alpha One as the contractor supplied by our insurance. There were many instances of information from Alpha One being false, the work listed on the estimate was not complete, some work completed was bad quality (ex trim and baseboard did not match existing in same room, baseboard paint used was not requested color, plaster repair had to be redone at our request, etc), and the $750 worth of "cleaning" on estimate was a quick wipe down of countertops. I had to vacuum and mop myself before furniture was replaced and had to clean the bathroom and toilet in the house that the workers had been using during the work. The floor ended up looking nice in the end or rating would have been lower.

We had several water leaks caused by rodents. I contacted Alpha One Restore and Jay (project manager) came out. They got to work right away with the drywall repair and floor installation. Excellent service: They worked quickly but efficiently and our house was back to normal within several days.

Highly recommend!!! My husband and I bought our first house a few months ago and it has been a stressful but exciting experiencing. The only downfall of this home was the kitchen. It was out of style, old, falling apart, and the just flat-out gross. I spent weeks researching and reading reviews of multiple companies and finally decided to go with Alpha One Restore. And let me tell you, it was the best decision we made. Jason and his team were super helpful and professional. Jason walked us through everything, he gave his perfessional suggestions, and got the job done in impeccable timing. The end results went above and beyond our expectations (just take a look at our before and after phots). Thank you again Alpha One. When we discovered water in the carpet of an upstairs bedroom after recent rain storms, we called Alpha One Restore. Jason came to our house that afternoon, identified water in the walls of both the bedroom and adjoining bathroom, found a hole in our roof that was the cause of the problem, and started the drying process. He took photos of the problem areas and moisture readings that I was able to forward to our insurance company to assist in making a claim. The next day Jason and his team moved furniture out of the bedroom and removed the wet carpet pad and some drywall and wet insulation in order to allow the floor boards and structural wood to dry properly. Jason has been professional, informative, courteous and friendly throughout the process and plans to be present when the insurance company’s third-party inspection takes place. Alpha One Restore has helped give us peace of mind in otherwise stressful circumstances. We are so grateful to them!

We would like to share our experience with Alpha One Restore. We had a house fire in Jan 2022 shortly after New Years. Alpha One Restore came highly recommended by our insurance agent. We were very happy at how quickly they went to work dealing with fire, smoke, and water damage. They were responsive, knowledgeable, hard-working, and courteous. Alpha One did an exceptional job. We also hired them as our contractor for the rebuild. Again, we were pleased with the level of expertise and attention to detail. Jay supervised all the work and made sure we were pleased with every aspect. They were outstanding in all areas of customer service, responsiveness, and quality of work. My wife doesn't like it when I cook because I almost burnt down the kitchen while making dinner. We had one fire damage restoration company come out and tell us that everything in the kitchen had to be ripped out and replaced and all sorts of nonsense. Alpha One Restore was a completely different story. They did have to replace all of the upper cabinets, but they were able to find cabinets that matched our lower cabinets. That helped save some money. They also spent a significant amount of time manually cleaning all of the walls, tables, and other surfaces to remove the soot. I had no idea it had made it all the way down the hall, something the other guys had overlooked. They were extremely meticulous. Thank you to Jay and the whole Alpha One team.

We couldn't be happier with our service from Alpha One. I mean, any time you have water damage it's awful, right? But Alpha One made the best out of a bad situation for us. Jason was extremely responsive and professional throughout the whole process. He did his best to make things as smooth and unobtrusive as as they could possibly be when you have big fans and dehumidifiers running in your house. He clearly communicated what the process would be, the estimate of time it would take, the labor involved, and the costs associated. We felt informed but not overwhelmed every step of the way.The crew that did the wall repair was amazing. They provided high quality workmanship but were also very quick. They were very neat while working and cleaned up well when they finished.We hope to not ever need to, but if we do need water mitigation again, Alpha One will be our first call... after the plumber. 😉

I came home to water coming through my ceiling from the condo unit above. Alpha One Restore went above and beyond - Jay came first and explained what he found and what would happen next with the water mitigation. His team performed the necessary removal of drywall, cabinets and a baseboard that were damaged. They walked me through why they were doing what they had to do, and the condo was dry within 3 days. Fortunately, it was Alpha One Restore that received the call. Jay and his team came and truly made up for lost time. Jay came to our rescue when we woke up to water throughout the house due to a faulty water heater. It was a night I’ll never forget, my wife was making her famous enchiladas and the oven caught on fire (the famous enchiladas have a whole other meaning now lol) but our kitchen cabinets were completely ruined all our walls in the house black covered in soot our furniture as well.We we’re overwhelmed displaced and didn’t know what Else to do. My uncle sent me Jason’s number from AlphaOne and we are so glad we asked our uncle for assistance, because after the 1st day of Jason Inspection all our stress and worries we’re gone. Jason explained the whole process from helping with all our contents, removal of burnt cabinets walls and so on in the kitchen, to cleaning tHe entire house from top to bottom. Jason was very knowledgeable and explained the equipment that he is using to remove the fire odor from our home. We are glad that we called Jason because we’re pretty sure if we called anyone else we wouldn’t have had the treatment that AlphaOne gave us.
