Mr. John A. Herbert is the principal and founder of Kelcroft, a firm headquartered in Hong Kong SAR, providing built environment consultancy services for Asia.
He has more than thirty years international construction industry experience, working for consulting firms, the last twelve years independently, and professional memberships include MASHRAE, MAEE, HKMAEE and MCIPHE. Educated in the United Kingdom, Mr. Herbert is a Hong Kong permanent resident with a passion for problem solving. His dedication, professionalism, and thoroughness are evidenced with a project featured in World Green Building Week Sept 2012. He was one of the first in Hong Kong to be awarded the BEAM Professional (BEAM PRO) designation. He is also a part time instructor for BEAM and Water Conservation at course in Chinese University MSc and BEAM PRO training course.
