Anne Sena - Team Leader
Anne Marie Riccio Sena grew up in the real estate industry. Her father introduced her to the commercial industry and has always served as her mentor. After attending New York Institute of Technology, Anne married Douglas Sena and assisted him in the development of his contracting company which specialized in new construction. Anne continued to branch out in real estate and was a broker in the Westchester County area of New York for 10 years. After relocating to Brentwood 8 years ago, Anne continued expanding her real estate experience, growing and building her team which is now a part of the multi-office ReMax Elite family, ranked #3 nationally in sales volume.
Tireless and customer oriented, Anne enjoys teaching, training and helping her agents to reach their goals and dreams. Married 25 years, her family enjoys activites such as travel, golf and swimming, and they attend church and fellowship in Brentwood. Karen Rodriguez - Agent
Our Buyer’s Agent, Karen Rodriguez, is originally from New York, but has always been a southerner at heart. Karen has always been interested in real estate. Creative and innovative, she owned and operated a successful professional photography studio before relocating to Brentwood where she lives with her husband and children. Her dream of selling homes came to fruition after joining Sena Real Estate Group, initially as an admin before getting her realtor license. Now, she brings her love of people and Real Estate together. Karen is ready to serve you in the journey to YOUR forever home!
Sally Neely - Agent
Sally Neely brings diverse experience to our team. Even as a child, she participated in her family’s real estate investment and management business. She received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Connecticut and has worked professionally in commercial and residential landscape design. Having lived all over the United States through her husbands military career, her family settled in Nashville eight years ago. Sally’s great attitude and competitive spirit is an asset to our clientele, working hard as a part of the Sena Real Estate team to fulfill your dreams.
Melanie White - Office Manager
Melanie White has always loved the business of real estate. That interest was first developed working as an administrative assistant for a major real estate development company in south Louisiana. From there she went on to 30 years in a direct sales company developing a team of sales people and earning numerous sales awards in the top 2% of the company. Bringing that expertise to the Sena Realty Group has been exciting for Melanie. She loves the customer service and the attention to detail in making sure the transactions are completed from contract to close with ease for the client.
She and Wayne have been married 46 years and have 3 married daughters who have blessed them with 5 beautiful grandchildren. She enjoys traveling, cooking meals for family and friends, and most of all being involved with her Church in Brentwood, TN.
Krista Wilhite - Property Coordinator
Joey Ryles - Property Coordinator
Joey Ryles brings years of business experience and design knowledge to our team. She has an Associates degree in Applied Science in interior design.
She has over twenty years of successful business experience as the founder and president of a concessions management firm that was based in Orlando, Florida, overseeing the design and construction of ten venues throughout the years at the Orlando International Airport along with the day-to-day management of those facilities.
She moved to Nashville in 2008 and joined the Sena Realty team in 2015. She is our go-to person for design consultation and staging for our clients. She also is very active in property searches for our clients, matching their wish list to homes on the market or in our private listings. She enjoys the design element of the real estate world but loves working with the people and helping them sell their home, up-size, downsize or find their very first home.
Jannette Moss Shutz - Agent
Jannette, born in Italy and raised in Chicago, has been a successful licensed agent since 1985. A Broker in Tennessee and Kentucky, she has extensive knowledge in the relocation department with areas of expertise raging from the new construction home to the historical existing. Jannette is passionate about her career with RE/MAX and with the Sena Realty Group, and the most fun and personable person we know. By choosing Jannette as your agent, you have also gained a new friend as she loves her customers and is very invested in ensuring their satisfaction is every transaction.
