Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

the bouquet was beautiful and the flowers were very fresh and some not opened yet so it would last! it looked a little different than the picture but i was impressed with the design and the fullness! the customer service was fantastic as i had to call and change the address and they were very responsive and helpful. also they made sure the flowers were delivered at the right time of day. Highly recommend!

This was my first time ordering from here. I was extremely impressed. The same-day flowers were delivered within 4 hours of my order!!! When I called, the agent was kind and professional. The arrangement appeared IDENTICAL to the advertisement. I will definitely order from here again. It was the "cherry on top" of our anniversary.
