Most pieces are estimated to require 1-2 weeks for production. Some pieces may have their production time listed depending on the complexity of the piece, so be sure to check the product page description. Some pieces may take less time than others also depending on the complexity.

If your order is a rush, please email avellinojewelry@gmail.com and we will let you know if your request can be accommodated. Please note the shipping method selected does not expedite your order's production time.

Once your piece is complete, we will email you with tracking information. All jewelry requires signature upon delivery (buyer is responsible for any costs associated with a package returned to Avellino Jewelry due to multiple failed delivery attempts).

Average shipping times:

• FedEx 2-Day: 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
• FedEx Overnight: arrives the next business day from 10:30am-12:30pm (excluding weekends and holidays)
• FedEx International: 2-6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)*

*International orders may be required to pay duty or VAT. These are the responsibility of the buyer and will be collected by FedEx or DHL before your package can be delivered. Avellino Jewelry is not responsible for returned packages due to unpaid duty or VAT.

In the case you are not satisfied with your order we will gladly issue a refund or exchange. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to be eligible. Your item must be unused and in its original packaging as well. PLEASE NOTE CUSTOM ORDERS ARE EXCLUDED FROM REFUNDS.

If there is a manufacturing defect upon receipt of your order, please email avellinojewelry@gmail.com within 14 days days of delivery for a replacement. Your item must be unused and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any replacement requests if we believe the items are intentionally damaged or misused. If applicable, a refund may be approved by Avellino Jewelry due to a manufacturing defect.
