Great office. Got a crown and it was the best dental experience ever. I’d never go to another office

It was amazing everyone was friendly and so willing to help with the Financial situation I was in.

Well I don’t really know where to start! All around great experience. I called as a new patient and got an appointment for the same day. I had a dental emergency from an abscessed tooth and they took care of everything in one day. The staff was extremely friendly and inviting and I would definitely recommend them.

As a lot of other people, I was quite nervous having to go in and get dental work done as my upbringing with past experiences hasn't always been the smoothest. I came across Spanaway Family Dentistry off a Google search and began to do a ton of reading on past reviews. I then looked at other sites that contain additional reviews and experiences. Eventually, I ended up making a visit because I was beginning to have some Wisdom teeth pain. Spanaway Family Dentistry took me in and saw me right away. Even upon a day were they were booked, they called me back and were able to schedule me for an appointment. Speaking to the quality of care, they do what they can to help calm you down (if you're a bit anxious like I was) and make you as comfortable as possible. Even brought me a heated blanked as it was a bit cold. From the ladies at the front desk, to the dental assistants and the dentist themselves, they were outstanding, extremely friendly and polite. I've since had all of my wisdom teeth pulled and a few cleanings. I'd definitely recommend others to this location if you haven't given them a chance!

Right away I was greeted with kindness and great customer service. I felt comfortable in the office as well as with the dental assistants and heigenists. The cleaning was quicke and efficient. They took really good care of me and ensured I received a quality cleaning. I will be back again!

Everyone was very friendly and all the staff had great communication! They explained what they were doing at every step and answered any questions I had. The facility was very nice and clean. Very quick, clean, and friendly.

Where do you go if you have a raging tooth,when you have no insurance or dentist, and dread seeing one? I recommend Dr. Lee's Spanaway Family Dentistry.THE absolute best bed side manner I've experienced with any dentist. They are thorough, completely sincere about how you feel, and fast.Ive always had a tolerance to any tooth deadeners. Never had an explanation of why, but only one dentist believed me in 55 years. When I told the dentist at SFD, a bit skeptical, discovered it to be true an made sure to deaden the tooth with an extra shot of novocain. When giving the shots, they gave me no numbing gel! Just shot it in there without! I did not feel a thing! She poked me with a needle 2/3 times did not feel that. The best bedside manners from each person working there. Today,one day after the extraction;Im feeling good. A little tenderness around the cheek area, and not too bad around the extraction site. The best team of pros. I have a big ordeal coming up with my teeth.Ive been stalling having the work done,because extraction pain is high on my list of things not to have. That's all changed. I'm so glad I found SFD!! Very friendly, open and honest. Clean facility very helpful people

Upon entering Spanaway Family Dentistry l found the office to be quaint, nicely decorated & a friendly office staff greeting me. After filling out the required paperwork, they took x-rays & then my teeth cleaning began. Tricia was the hygienist that saw me on that day. She was assisted by Makayla. They were both very friendly, outgoing, & very gentle. I started out receiving sealants. Tricia made sure l was doing well at various times throughout my cleaning. This was the best cleaning l've ever had. Tricia is obviously experienced & also has excellent people skills. Her techniques are thorough yet very gentle. After my cleaning, Dr. Lee gave me a quick exam & then l was on my way. On the way out l received a bag with a new toothbrush, floss, & a tube of toothpaste. I highly recommend Spanaway Family Dentistry for a great teeth cleaning experience. Make sure you request Tricia for your hygienist.

Excellent customer service with Dr. Lee's staff. They were very understanding and sympathetic to my dental needs and I was seen very fast. I would recommend this dentist to anyone.

From the time I made an online appointment I felt welcome, which made me feel comfortable. All the staff are approachable and happy to answer any question asked. The office is always clean also. Weather notes were took during me first visit or not they remembered I was about to get married and on my second visit I was asked about the wedding and before leaving I was giving a movie pass for two. They also send reminder texts. I recommend them any day!!

Very good experience. Everyone was thoughtful, helpful and friendly. Saturday and late afternoon appointments really help! I would definitely recommend you to my friends.
