Things to keep in mind

• Before applying for financing, make sure that you know what you want to purchase. The cost of the unit will determine the company you can apply for.
• Financing companies require a credit score of 580 or higher to be approved. The debt-to-income ratio will also be another factor that will be determined upon approval.

Please make sure to have the most precise and reliable information/details to prevent delays. Proof of homeownership and proof of income will be required to get any steel structure financed.

Rent to own

American Carports, Inc. in collaboration with Heartland Capital Investments LLC now offers Rent-to-Own to all customers in need of a metal barn, carport, garage, and many other top-quality steel structures. This option provides our clients with an easy choice to purchase the metal building of their needs, whether they may or may not have the funds required to buy their metal structure right away.

Clients can request our Rent-to-Own assistance program for purchases of steel structures ranging from $1,200 – $20,000 before tax and they can also agree to either 24, 36, 48- or 60-month terms, the options are entirely yours.

Rent to own requirements

• Any purchase over $10,000 before tax must show a valid proof of property ownership
• The client must have two references
• The client must have a valid driver’s license
• At the time of the request, the client must have the security deposit, the origination fee, and 1st month’s rent.
• The client must purchase (4) four anchors for their order.
