Better Block Mobile Knife Sharpening - San Diego

Better Block has a minimum of 5 knives for mobile service, and maximum is unlimited. Most customers choose to have their entire knife block sharpened, hence Better Block!

Service can be contactless if desired, you don't even need to be home. If choosing this option, just leave your knives in a out of place yet accessible location and give a brief description where they can be found for service (you will be prompted during the booking process). Otherwise, we will arrive and knock on your door at appointment time.

Service typically takes 5-10 minutes per knife, depending on size, dullness, if a restoration is needed, etc.

The first five knives cost $14 each, with a minimum of 5 ($70)

Knives 6-10 cost $12 each

Knives 11+ cost $10 each

Knives in need of restoration carry an additional $14 charge. This is typically only required for knives that are heavily damaged and need substantial cutting of steel to make a new edge. Within San DIego county we service as far north as the 56 freeway, as far south as Imperial Beach, and as far east as El Cajon.
