Our Mild coffee has lovely bright flavors of plum, almond and cinnamon with subtle berry undertones and a pleasant crisp acidity. The lightest roast in our collection is delicate, refined, and ideal for those who prefer their coffee to have a milder flavor profile. We recommend our light roast for pour-over and drip coffee brewing.

The premium quality beans that fill each bag of Mild coffee have been sourced from the Lintong Region. This area of Sumatra is very well known for its speciality coffee as well as the natural beauty of Lake Toba.
