Career Coaching

This is a coaching service provided by Dr. Jose Otero, the founder of the BioCredible Podcast and BioCredibly.com. Dr. Otero is an Academic Physician Scientist in the United States, has trained innumerable students (undergraduate and graduate), post-docs, residents, and fellows.   

Much of the advice provided to American trainees in biomedical science and healthcare is ill-advised and leads to career stagnation, isolation, and financial ruin.  Not only do we deal with student loans, but also elevated costs of living, social isolation, and a protracted training period that places us at risk.  For international medical graduates, the American system is difficult to understand, leading them to taking poor career decisions and tenuous financial positions.  These sessions will attempt to help you get your career and finances in order.
