I’m one of those people that actually love what they do, so I pour all that passion into my practice. Massage Therapy has changed my life in so many ways and I hope I can pass that same positivity to you. I keep my energy relaxed and open as I listen to what works for you and your needs. I’m always looking into new ways to keep each session effective, fresh, and fun.

I graduated from The Body Therapy Center and School of Massage in Swansea, IL. I’m licensed in both Illinois & Missouri and I’m a Professional Member of The American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA).

Every session with me will be customized to you for a balance of therapy and relaxation. I want you to leave feeling relaxed, lighter, happier, and with less pain. I really enjoy doing Deep Tissue Massage, Full Body Stretching, and Ashiatsu/Ashiatsu Thai Massage, or barefoot massage. So if you need someone to get in there deep, I’m your girl! Tiny, but mighty! However, I can be gentle and sweet when you need me to be!

I do also offer other modalities of massage such as Sports Massage, Myofascial Release, Swedish, Cupping/Medi-Cupping, Prenatal, Bamboo, Hot Packs, Trigger Point Therapy, CBD, Hot Stones, Chair Massage, Full Body Scrubs, and Aromatherapy.

I graduated from The Body Therapy Center and School of Massage in July of 2013.  In my free time at the school I had to complete 135 hours of clinic massages. I received my Illinois Massage Therapy License through the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation in October 2013. I am a member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals(ABMP).

I became interested in massage because of my grandfather, my cousin and my mother. My grandfather has neuropathy in his hands and feet and the massage helps the symptoms. My cousin has very bad migraines and fibromyalgia and her symptoms are relieved for a while with massage. My mother has bulging disc and is in pain.  Once I started massage school I knew I wanted to help every person that I possibly could.

I have training in Reflexology, Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, stretching, trigger point therapy, chair massage, prenatal ( pregnancy) massage and hot/cold stones, medicupping, advanced massage techniques,lypossage, sports massage, full body scrub and mud mask, or hand and foot scrubs.
