Heather has been professionally practicing massage for 5+ years and has been overjoyed with her chosen career path. Heather specializes in Integrative bodywork which draws upon a variety of modalities such as Relaxation, Deep-Tissue, and Sports massage. The focus of integrative bodywork is to meet and address each client's specific needs through self-integration, breath awareness, easing stress, soothing muscles, and working with tension patterns in the body. Anne has been working in the fashion and beauty world since 1999, and currently spends her time working in the film industry on both independent films as well as music videos. She also runs her own boutique salon in Victoria. Anne’s passion lies in her ability to be creative and make her clients sparkle and shine. She will be offering space buns, designer ponytails, up-styles and braids as well as tinsel strand extensions with over 10 colors to choose from, biodegradable glitter in a verity of sizes and colors. Hi everyone! This weekend I will be offering 30 minute and 60 minute registered massage therapy appointments. My approach is patient-centered and informed by pain science; in other words, each treatment will be tailored to suite the individual person's health history, goals and massage preferences.  I have been practicing massage for 10 years and in 2022 was voted runner up in the Stars of Vancouver Best Massage category. I often incorporate Swedish massage techniques, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point release, neuromuscular technique and stretching into my massage treatments.  Some reasons you may choose to opt for massage this weekend: to increase relaxation, improve sleep, decrease feelings of fatigue or anxiety, relieve headache symptoms, relieve perceived muscular tension, decrease perceived neck and back stiffness/pain.
