He has crafted the look of celebrities and socialites, imagine what he’ll do for you…

Celebrity Stylist Scott Bond, a multiple Emmy award-winning stylist, has been involved in the beauty and hair industry for over 30 years. Barely twenty-one and new to NYC, Scott’s career began at Pierre Michel Salon in NYC and later he was recruited to join Frederic Fekkai at his Bergdorf Goodman Salon. Scott trained under Parvin Klein where he developed his speed and move on to work with head colorist Constance Hartnett honing his technique and eye. While attending the prestigious L’Oreal Institute he dove deep into the science of hair coloring. Being quickly promoted to senior colorist, working exclusively with high-profile socialites and celebrity clients. Scott was also able to lend his expertise to high-end color companies by developing and testing home hair color. He helped produce and test the Frederic Fekkai hair care line of products.

Scott left Frederic Fekkai to join the John Barrett salon as their senior colorist. He designed color styles for the Tony award-winning play Cabaret, God of Carnage and Other Dessert Cities, among others. Scott’s work has also been featured in many national magazines including: Allure, Cosmopolitan, Marie Claire, More and Harper’s Bazaar. He was also hired by InStyle Magazine to be the on-site colorist for many photo-shoots.

Elizabeth Arden Salon recruited Scott to help update their image and color styles and was promoted to head colorist. At the newly-opened Prive New York, Scott spear-headed the color department. Scott’s work has been featured for makeover segments for NBC’s Today in New York and ABC’s The View. Scott has traveled across the continent and around the world to work on many movies from LA Confidential to X-Men.

Scott’s experience led him to every major salon both in Los Angeles, New York and London. In 2001 he decided to parlay that experience into his own business, Bond Street Hair. His company has become a staple convenience for celebrities, socialites and forward thinkers.

After more than 6 years in Washington Depot Scott and his new partner Danielle Torres have moved the salon and barbershop, Byrde + the b and BYRDEMAN, to the Green in Litchfield CT. Services include Cuts, Balayage (a French highlighting technique), Color, Blow-outs, Great Lengths Hair Extensions, and Bridal services. BYRDEMAN, the luxury bespoke barbershop experience for the modern man, (private, speakeasy like entrance between the West Street Grill and the Salon doors) offers Men’s and Boys Clipper Cuts, Scissor Cuts, Hot Shaves, Beard Sculpting and Memberships to keep the guys tidy. Although Scott stays busy at Byrde + the b, he continues working at a NYC Mid-Town location, visits private clients and contributes his talents to both film and television projects.
