Role Description

This is a Full-time on-site role as a Window Tinter at Luke's Shine Shop Ltd. located in Lacombe, AB. The Window Tinter will be responsible for applying window film to vehicles following standardized procedures and ensuring quality workmanship. The Window Tinter will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized work environment, interact with customers professionally, and assist with customer inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Window Tinter or similar role
• Knowledge and expertise in applying window film using industry-standard processes
• Excellent attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and dexterity for intricate work
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (e.g. standing for long periods of time, reaching, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs)
• Proficient with hand tools and power tools used in the trade
• Ability to work in a team and follow company guidelines and procedures
• Willingness to continuously learn and improve skills in the field
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Certification and training in Window Tinting is a plus
