I have known Blue Copper Capital for 3 years now and it amazes me how consistent they have been with their exceptional customer service. I recently applied for a loan for an emergency that came up. I submitted the application just when they were closing but the patience and speed with which Ebony got my loan processed and approved was mind blowing. I really appreciate the help Ebony, Jen and Dave.

Known Jen, Dave and the BCC crew for years. They feel like family now. Helped me rebuild my credit which in turn helped me buy a luxury car and achieve goals like homeownership. Diverse loans, products and tools to assist people from all walks of life. I hate to sound cliche but when banks give a quick no they look at your overall situation to recommend the best solution for their clients. And they throw client appreciation nights and do monthly giveaways that really make you feel valued as a customer!!

I’ve been with Blue Copper for a few years and never have a problem! I think we have only met face to face once (the first time). Communication is done through email and text which makes it extremely easy for me in my busy life to deal with rather than having to go into to the store (not that I wouldn’t want to visit)! Paige and the crew are awesome and I have no problem recommending Blue Copper Capital!

Paula was very professional and friendly. We spoke on the phone on Saturday and I advised her I would come in on Monday. She came in to meet with me to look after my needs and she was feeling horrible she was sick and she still came in to offer her excellent customer service. I will recommend Blue Copper to anyone.

There are not enough words to describe how great this company and the people are. The entire staff (especially Dave and Jen) have always maintained professional and outstanding level of service. They are knowledgeable in many facets of the industry.

I would like to start by saying that I have been with Blue Copper for about 3 or 4 years,and over the course of this time I have aways been treated with the out most respect, blue copper has always been there when times are hard and I have never had a problem. Dave and Jen and their staff are not only wonderful people, they are very respectful and very very nice. Wether you walk in or call they are absolutely fantastic. So what I'm saying is if you need a little extra because times are hard, I totally recommend BLUE COPPER CAPITAL
