Very nice job done! If dealership rips you off and give you car cleaned just the way you dont notice the details. VRS is way to go to get you car in very nice condition. Also Kamil is available for rectification, helpful advice and very human attitude. Thank you!

When I bought my 10 yr old Audi TT I thought it was in pretty good condition, but I called VRS to give it a full clean inside and out. The end result was far beyond my expectations - the leather seats were returned to their original colour (light grey, not beige), the carpets transformed and the outside gleaming like a new car!!
Last month I was gutted when I badly scratched the bonnet trying to remove a dried-on bird dropping. I called VRS again, hoping they could rescue the situation - Kamil worked at it for an hour and the scratches have completely gone. He even waxed the bonnet again for me! Kamil is a real expert and just keeps working until the job is as perfect as he can make it. Thank you so much!!

Contacted VRS to prepare my much loved Vintage Daimler for sale. The process of arrangement was quick and easy and was handled professionally throughout. I selected the rejuvenation service as the vehicle needed to look its best! They are not proffesional, they are doing just a superficial job, very expensive. The paint supposed to have 80% swirls removal during a stage 1 correction but paint has been left with still lot of swirls noticeable in the sunshine. They apply ceramic coat outside, no garage, dirt, dust, flowers got stuck on the car during the process. Car has been left still dirty in some areas, they said I need to pay extra. All chrome parts, for which I paid extra, has been polished by hand, he said he forgot the mini polish machine, of course did not make any difference, chrome parts still as before. Washing, decontamination, stage one paint correction, ceramic coat, hydrofobic coat and other chrome parts has been done in just 8 hours, outside, no garage, far away for a proper job which require more than 8 hours.
Ceramic coats from GTechniq comes with unique serial number for warranty, he did not give me anything. Totaly disappointing!!!

Hi Iulian, I am sorry that you are dissatisfied with my service. During our conversation in the beginning of May (almost 4 months ago, swirls can be easily produced by inappropriate washing technique over time), I did explained that single stage Paint Enhancement is designed for brand new or fairly new cars. Your car was 7 years old and the paint defects were severe, yet you decided to go with the simplest preparation (which removes up to 50% of defects, not 80% ?! You can refer to https://www.vrsspecialists.com/paint-rejuvenation.html) and install the best protection I offer...I will always advice as much as I can and in the end it’s you that decides what to do on your vehicle. I put all my efforts to remove as much defects as I can using single stage Paint Enhancement that I extended to the point that I spend more time during that process to achieve acceptable results (more that 80% defects removed) and didn’t charge you for that (10 hours) as shown on video I did send you (https://streamable.com/1iv6u). I explained that chrome parts can be polished by hand (not by machine on that occasion as it was at service and we didn’t discuss that option beforehand) that will improve its appearance and you were ok with that (as on video I send you). Nothing gets on the car during the process. You were happy when you collected your car, you raised your concerns about dirt on your front grill after driving car back 40 miles and I did offer free maintenance out of courtesy. I tried to reach you on your mobile, however unsuccessful. I am always concerned about customer satisfaction, if there is anything more I can do, please let me know.

Perfect eye for detail, not the cheapest out there but offers something that others can’t and that’s perfection.
Not always bang on time but he is a top bloke and will always stay until the job is done to top standard.

Amazing service, I found out about VRS when they were doing work In the neighbourhood, I kept there details for when my car lease was due to end and I’m so glad I did.
VRS were able to provide all the works I needed to get my car looking like new. I didn’t think that some of the repairs were even possible (alloys) but everything is like new and at less than half the price quoted by BMW.
All communications were super quick and really friendly with the convenience of all works and an awesome valet clean done at my house.

I recently decided to keep my 15 year old 150,000 mile Honda CRV rather than change it for something newer. It's never been kept in a garage and the paintwork and interior were best described as tired. But having decided to keep it I thought it worth investing in making it look its best. I came across VRS via Google, read all the reviews and went to see Kamil. He inspected my vehicle and then carefully explained all the treatments that he would apply. I booked it in so he could have it for a day and collected it just a short while ago. I am totally impressed with my gleaming "new" car! Not only the bodywork and interior have been thoroughly worked on, and are now gleaming, but also the engine compartment and even the gungy area under the petrol filler cap. Definitely a ten star job!. Have your car done and drive it with pride!

The challenge for Kamil was to bring my 12 yr old car back to life, it was tidy but tired.
Kamil came to see the car and from the outset he was totally clear about what he was going to be able to do and what he wasn't.
It's so refreshing to hear someone giving a straight forward assessment without any pipe dreams.
We agreed on what would be best for the car.

VRS is the third car detailer I have used and the whole experience was so much better overall. Of course the car looked great however, the great website, simple billing process, WhatsApp videos of progress, handover walk through and Kamil's professional personality were really impressive. I have no worries recommending VRS to my friends.
