How I Can Help

Research shows that one of the biggest success outcome factors in counselling is when you, as a client, believe that you could build a sense of trust and connection with your counsellor.

Building rapport with my clients is particularly important to me. I want you to feel safe and comfortable and at ease during your sessions. I want you to understand that you are in control of where you want therapy to go, and I am there to listen and help guide you through your journey.

I recently heard the expression “talking to a therapist is like talking to a friend that you don’t know” and I strive to create a space where you feel so comfortable and safe, that you are able to be yourself. A space where you can openly share without fear of judgement and recognize that whatever it is you are going through, matters.
