Our Story
C&M Consultants is a family-owned company with experience in sales, real estate, national security, and public safety. C&M Consultants was created in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic with the goal of reducing the health risks and threats of violence in public schools. Since then, C&M Consultants has expanded into other sales areas to include property management companies, professional sports, law enforcement, and retail. Today, C&M’s sales groups have a nationwide posture and expanding rapidly.

Devon Cunningham
Chief Executive Officer
Devon Cunningham (formerly Devon McGinley), the Chief Executive Officer of C&M Consultants, has a successful real estate career, which she has been able to effectively leverage to assess ideal locations to install Wireless Guardian solutions. Devon’s prior career as a teacher, provided her with the necessary understanding of how best to coach resellers and ensure they are meeting the maximum sales potential. Devon is passionate about securing our schools and protecting our children.
Jimmy Cunningham
Chief Operating Officer
Jimmy Cunningham, the Chief Operating Officer for the company, has over two decades of experience as a national security professional; the majority of which with the U.S. Intelligence Community. Jimmy began his career working counterterrorism, counterintelligence, and counterespionage operations overseas and domestically, to include the 20th hijacker case following the September 11th attacks. Jimmy served as a senior analyst and subject matter expert for over a decade, which put him in a position to advise four presidential administrations on the effectiveness and efficiency of national security operations.
