We called Jarrod to help with two rogue printers. He responded promptly and attended the same day. He spent quite some time figuring out the issues and resolved them quickly much to our relief. Highly recommend Jarrod for all matters related to computer and printer issues.

Jarrod provided a prompt and efficient service on both occasions that he visited. He rectified the problems on my laptop, explaining the situation and making recommendations for the future. He also set me up with a far superior, more workable system and virus protection. If I have future problems I will call Jarrod as I have confidence in his abilities. I found Jarrod’s business online. Right from the outset Jarrod offered free advice how to help me out but I chose for him to sort it out as it turned out to be more complicated. His communication was always quick and clear. I dropped the Mac to him and he spent a lot of time trying to sort out this issue explaining as he went. He got the Mac up and running and loaded extra software to stop it happening again. Super friendly throughout. I cannot recommend him enough …. Absolutely brilliant! Jarrod solved all my issues on my iMac, he updated the OS and did my backups for me and answered all my questions. He came at short notice and saved me a small fortune at a super reasonable price.

When my internet connection failed I was not at all happy as I need my computer for work from home" secretarial services. Jarrod was recommended to me so I called him and he arrived within 30 minutes. He then identified my problem and had my computer up and running again within the hour. I was most impressed with this service
